These are the first peaches off the tree in early summer. Best for jam, slicing with ice cream, dribbling off your chin. A true cling, don’t try to quarter them for canning. Nice fresh eating peach.

Redhaven ripens early in the season and is usually freestone, although some years it can be a little ‘clingy’. It has a wonderful red color over a yellow background. The flesh is yellow with a little red near the pit. It is juicy, sweet, and very tasty.

This winter dessert pear is harvested in mid-September but is available nearly year around due to its fine storage quality when kept in controlled atmosphere. A medium to large sized pear, it is highly coloured with a dark red hue, sweet and richly flavored when ripe.

The Bosc pear has a naturally occurring russet, which covers the surface, giving it a golden appearance. Bosc pears remain firm and keep their elegant shape during cooking.
